HTA S. 130
Every person is guilty of a careless driving offence if driven a vehicle or street car on the highway without due care and attention, or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the highway. R.S.O. 1990, c.H.8, s.130

• 6 Ontario Demerit Points
• A Fine not less than $400 and not more than $1000
• Imprisonment for a term not more than 6 months, or both
• The Driver's license may also be suspended for a period of not more than 2 years
